First Time User Login
Welcome to our new website. To log in for the first time, please follow the instructions below:
- Enter your current online banking user name. (This is the same user name you used on the old website.)
- You should have received a letter from First Security Bank of Helena with instructions for your new password. If you didn’t receive this or have lost it, please call us at 406-442-8870 for assistance.
- You will be required to select another password after your first successful login. Please keep your new password in a secure place as it will be required for all future visits to this site.
- Your account information will flow from the old online banking system to the new system. This includes 15 months of history for online users and 6 months of history in our new mobile app.
- Please remember, automatic transfers and payments scheduled through bill pay will not transfer to the new system. Users will need to set up their bill payees, transactions, and recurring transfers on this new website.
